What you will do

• Design and optimize end-to-end procurement and corporate travel processes globally.
• Act as product owner for procurement and travel technology stacks, including ERP and P2P systems.
• Deploy AI-powered capabilities and automation to identify bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency.
• Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance with legal, audit, and data-privacy standards.
• Lead cross-functional programs for system rollouts and strategic procurement initiatives.
• Manage and coach team leads to foster a culture of accountability and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in procurement and/or corporate travel operations.
• 5+ years in a leadership or managerial role with direct management of team leads.
• Strong understanding of P2P workflows, sourcing, and TMC management.
• Hands-on experience with procurement systems like SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or Ariba.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects in a global environment.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Raanana, Israel.
