What you will do

• Collect, validate, and organize spend data to ensure accurate tracking across Travel and Events categories.
• Contribute to sourcing processes by preparing documentation, gathering supplier information, and compiling market insights.
• Analyze supplier landscapes to identify opportunities for consolidation, cost savings, and service standardization.
• Collaborate with Finance and Marketing stakeholders to align procurement actions with business goals and service continuity.
• Support end-to-end sourcing cycles, including supplier evaluation, scoring, and contract administration.
• Monitor supplier performance, ensure contract compliance, and maintain accurate records using procurement tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience in procurement or purchasing within global or multi-regional organizations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data organization and reporting.
• English proficiency required; Spanish language skills are desirable.
• Ability to manage spend data and present insights to support sourcing decisions.
• Familiarity with procurement platforms like SAP Ariba and data visualization tools like Power BI is a plus.
