What you will do

• Execute transactional replenishment activities in line with sourcing strategies.
• Ensure process compliance across supply chain, logistics, and purchase-to-payment workflows.
• Manage global supplier processes and keep updated on process developments.
• Collaborate with Supply Managers and stakeholders to resolve operational purchasing issues.
• Maintain and ensure high data accuracy in purchasing orders.
• Provide feedback on system issues to relevant supplier management contacts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Advanced English level is required.
• Must be based in or have work authorization for Panama (no visa sponsorship).
• Previous experience in purchasing is an advantage.

• Knowledge of SAP.
