What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end purchasing process for prototype parts and materials.
• Handle Purchase Orders (PO), follow up on confirmations, and expedite shipments.
• Coordinate the VIM (vendor invoice management) workflow for invoice clearing.
• Execute sourcing events in Ariba and consolidate quotations from tender participants.
• Drive compliance with category strategies, supplier base plans, and internal contracts.
• Collaborate with the Development and Technology Team as a proactive business partner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Technologies, or Engineering.
• 1-3 years of experience in supplier base management, sourcing, contracting, or purchase-to-invoice processes.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong data management and analytical skills, including advanced Excel knowledge.
• Must be based in Budaors, Hungary.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ariba.
• Background in Shared Service Centers (SSC) or Manufacturing.
