What you will do

• Lead an operational support team of analysts and technicians, including offshore resources.
• Manage production support for the Hadoop platform, including data acquisition and ingestion.
• Develop data marts, custom SQL queries, and Tableau extracts.
• Ensure incident resolution according to pre-defined processes and SLAs.
• Collaborate with hosting and hardware infrastructure teams and big data vendors.
• Maintain operational ETL data ingestion pipelines and support documentation like Runbooks and SOPs.

Requirements

• Must be based in Dearborn, MI
• Strong knowledge of data acquisition processes and methods.
• Experience with data ingestion pipelines, SQL, and Tableau.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage offshore resources.
• Experience with incident resolution and maintaining SLAs.
• Graduate degree.
