Location: Must be based in the Washington, D.C. Metro Area (Hybrid role).

What you will do

• Analyze financial and operational data to map to the TBM framework using Apptio methodologies.
• Validate and report IT financial performance to support informed budget and investment decisions.
• Build and maintain data workflows to automate financial processes and platform operations.
• Support data governance activities by normalizing and validating data according to established frameworks.
• Prepare documentation and technical analysis for meetings with government clients.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytical models through data-driven feedback.

Requirements

• Must be based in the DC Metro Area.
• 3+ years of experience in IT financial management, budgeting, and decision support.
• Foundational knowledge of SQL and ETL processes for data extraction and preparation.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for reporting and presentations.

Nice to have

• Experience with VA or Federal government projects.
• Experience working in an Agile environment (SAFe preferred).
