Salary: $114,000–$164,000 CAD (Ontario band)

What you will do

  • Act as an internal analytics consultant to define strategic requirements for People & Culture stakeholders.
  • Wrangle imperfect datasets to produce clear, defensible insights for leadership.
  • Build and deploy end-to-end predictive models to identify organizational trends.
  • Translate complex statistical outputs into compelling, jargon-free stories for executive decision-making.
  • Design and maintain automated workflows and data products using dbt and Snowflake.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Canada for this remote role.
  • Proven expertise in people analytics or workforce data science in high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated experience building production-grade data pipelines using SQL, Python, or dbt.
  • Prior experience partnering with HR, Finance, or People teams on executive-level reporting.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in people analytics and ethical data use.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex analyses for non-technical audiences.
