Financial Planning Analyst

Financial Planning Analyst (Corporate FP&A): Providing comprehensive financial analysis and support to the Corporate FP&A team with an accent on monthly/quarterly forecasting and annual plan development. Focus on optimizing spending trends, conducting GL-level deep dives, and building automated Power BI dashboards for business reviews.

What you will do

• Perform monthly and quarterly financial analysis, forecasting, and annual plan development.
• Collect and present financial data for business reviews and management reporting.
• Maintain line-level detail for budgets and expenses while monitoring spending trends.
• Conduct deep dives of GL-level spending and perform ad-hoc financial analysis.
• Support business owners in reviewing strategic initiatives and justifying expenditures.
• Drive process improvement and automation within the financial planning workflow.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (Math, Computer Science, Engineering).
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance or FP&A, including cross-functional projects.
• Must be based in Mexico.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience building dashboards in Power BI.
• Proven experience with financial modeling, analysis, and month/quarter-end close processes.
• English: C1 (Fluent) communication skills required.

Nice to have

• 1-2 years of experience specifically with revenue and ARR.
• Familiarity with EPB, Oracle, or other enterprise-level financial management tools.
