Salary: $75,000–$110,000 Annually

What you will do

• Supervise and manage a machine shop team of 15–20 employees.
• Develop and implement Value Stream or Production Improvement Plans to achieve high-impact results.
• Define, track, and measure short- and long-term team goals aligned with organizational strategy.
• Optimize personnel and equipment utilization and workflow using standard work documentation.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and succession planning.
• Ensure safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives are supported and implemented.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with 2 years’ manufacturing experience OR Associates degree with 4 years’ manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ direct management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to analyze production metrics and drive corrective actions.
• Must have legal authorization to access U.S. export-controlled information.

• Experience with lean, manufacturing, or process improvement tools.
