What you will do

• Review and resolve consumer disputes related to tenant screening results with high professionalism.
• Execute all dispute activities in strict compliance with FCRA regulations and internal guidelines.
• Communicate with consumers to gather necessary documentation and provide investigation updates.
• Maintain detailed and thorough documentation of the entire dispute resolution process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in a legal or regulatory compliance role.
• Knowledge of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and consumer rights processes.
• Familiarity with credit reports and civil/criminal record terminology.
• Must be based in or able to work in Waltham, MA on a hybrid schedule.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent communication skills.
