What you will do

• Monitor equity trading in real time to identify suspicious patterns, price movements, and anomalies.
• Review automated surveillance alerts and disclosures, escalating issues as required.
• Perform trade interventions, including trade breaks and suspensions when necessary.
• Draft preliminary referrals for suspected market abuse or disciplinary matters.
• Collaborate with the MarketWatch team on regulatory responsibilities and special projects.

Requirements

• Must be based in Pennsylvania
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in market surveillance, compliance, or trading operations.
• Strong understanding of equity markets and trading mechanisms.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours (Sunday–Friday, 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM ET).
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
