What you will do

• Author functional specifications for high-power, high-density Ethernet switches.
• Perform schematic capture and design verification for complex, high-layer count boards.
• Collaborate with eCAD teams on PCB layout and component qualification.
• Conduct signal and power integrity simulations for datapath and power signals.
• Manage the hardware lifecycle from prototype bring-up and debug to mass production.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with contract manufacturers to ensure high-yield production.

Requirements

• BSEE or MSEE degree required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in hardware engineering.
• Proven experience designing networking hardware, specifically with 100G and 200G PAM4 Ethernet switching.
• Expertise in designing 20+ layer boards with 50G+ signals and advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Proficiency in FPGA design and system simulation using Verilog or VHDL.
• Strong background in DFM and working with contract manufacturers.

Nice to have

• Experience with embedded x86/ARM system design.
• Deep familiarity with high-speed interfaces like DDR and PCIe.
