Salary: $70,000 - $76,000 annually

What you will do

• Partner with clients to understand business and technical processes and deliver tailored solutions using hirify.global data products.
• Increase adoption of hirify.global APIs, datafeeds, and cloud services by providing guidance on data solutions.
• Plan and lead product trainings, feedback sessions, and business reviews.
• Ensure smooth onboarding through targeted training and act as a client advocate.
• Surface intelligent product feedback to Product Development and support product usage and retention.

Requirements

• Strong interest in Finance and/or FinTech and a client-centric mindset.
• Experience or strong desire to be client-facing as a subject matter expert.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort learning and applying new technology; ability to work with APIs, data pipelines, or scripting languages (Python, R, SQL) is highly valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree conferred by September 2026.
