Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA)

Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 per year

What you will do

• Build and grow a team helping customers operationalize all Falcon modules, specifically Endpoint, Identity, Cloud, and Next-Gen SIEM.
• Collaborate with leadership to scale the professional services organization and expand customer-focused offerings.
• Manage and mentor team members to expand their skill sets and maximize performance.
• Lead internal initiatives to enhance delivery techniques and optimize time-to-value using AI and automation.
• Manage a portfolio of customer projects, including those led by in-house and subcontract partner residents.
• Partner with global sales and marketing to develop service communications and close new opportunities.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in the security industry within professional services or a similar capacity.
• 4+ years of experience managing a team of consultants in the security industry.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Experience developing go-to-market strategies and identifying cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
• Proven experience in pre-sales technical scoping and managing full-cycle technical deployments.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of security endpoint products and SIEM best practices (log analysis, dashboards, alerts).
• Experience with log management tools such as Falcon LogScale, Splunk, QRadar, or Arcsight.
• Knowledge of distributed applications hosted in AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Experience with identity management solutions.
• Automation skills using Bash, Python, or other programming languages.
