Location: Onsite in East Aurora, NY. Relocation support is available for qualified candidates.
Salary: $100,000–$125,000 Annually

What you will do
- Provide hands-on engineering support for assigned product lines from NPI through mature production.
- Resolve production and test issues, monitor first pass yield, and perform Material Review Board analyses.
- Facilitate design changes, redline drawings, and manage the ECN process.
- Lead root cause corrective action analyses to ensure long-term solutions for recurring problems.
- Create and maintain formal work instructions, acceptance test procedures, and engineering documentation.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to assembly and test teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related discipline (Aerospace, Biomedical, Robotics, Mechatronics).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electronics product engineering.
- Strong knowledge of electronics from product level down to circuit and component levels.
- Proficiency with electronics test and measurement equipment and PCB assembly processes.
- Must be able to access U.S. export-controlled information.
- Ability to travel 10–15% of the year to support product lines.
Nice to have
- Experience in the aerospace or other highly regulated industries.
- Knowledge of LEAN methodologies, project planning, and data acquisition/analysis.
