What you will do

• Provide hands-on engineering support for assigned product lines from NPI through mature production.
• Resolve production and test issues, monitor first pass yield, and perform Material Review Board analyses.
• Facilitate design changes, redline drawings, and manage the ECN process.
• Lead root cause corrective action analyses to ensure long-term solutions for recurring problems.
• Create and maintain formal work instructions, acceptance test procedures, and engineering documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to assembly and test teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related discipline (Aerospace, Biomedical, Robotics, Mechatronics).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electronics product engineering.
• Strong knowledge of electronics from product level down to circuit and component levels.
• Proficiency with electronics test and measurement equipment and PCB assembly processes.
• Must be able to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Ability to travel 10–15% of the year to support product lines.

Nice to have

• Experience in the aerospace or other highly regulated industries.
• Knowledge of LEAN methodologies, project planning, and data acquisition/analysis.
