What you will do

• Conduct regular field audits across fleets and service providers to assess quality and policy compliance.
• Track and analyze service KPIs to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and follow up on action plans to drive measurable performance improvements.
• Support the onboarding of new customers through vehicle inspections and system setup.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contracted service levels are met.
• Promote the adoption of company tools and best practices across the service network.

Requirements

• Experience in fleet operations, service quality, audits, automotive, or technical field services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate findings into actions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for working with partners and teams.
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage multiple priorities.
• Solid digital skills and experience with operational systems.
