What you will do

• Collaborate with product managers and architects to design and build scalable platform capabilities.
• Drive engineering standards and best practices to ensure system efficiency and reliability.
• Mentor and coach software engineers on design patterns and UI implementation.
• Partner with QA teams to design and execute functional and non-functional testing strategies.
• Support cloud and on-premises implementations of high-volume decisioning systems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Java and Spring development.
• Expertise in stream processing platforms such as Kafka, Flink, Spark Streaming, or similar.
• Strong understanding of containerization using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with enterprise database technologies like MySQL or Oracle.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead engineering teams in an Agile environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS, Google, Azure).
• Familiarity with JavaScript, Angular, Python, and generative AI tools.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture and data flow concepts.
