TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Fintech): Managing investment product collateral and strategy for the Fundamental Equities franchise with an accent on cross-functional collaboration and data-driven positioning. Location: Must be based in Houston, Texas (Hybrid: 4 days/week in office).

What you will do

  • Own the production and maintenance of product collateral, including factsheets, presentations, and performance reporting.
  • Act as a liaison between client portfolio managers, investment teams, and cross-functional business areas.
  • Manage and mentor associate product managers in a player/coach capacity.
  • Conduct competitive and peer analysis to support product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
  • Coordinate regulatory and governance deliverables, including fund board materials and prospectus reviews.
  • Monitor industry trends to inform product strategy and business development priorities.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in financial services, preferably in asset management.
  • Deep understanding of equities asset classes, financial markets, and investment processes.
  • Proven experience in a player/coach role managing other team members.
  • Proficiency with financial tools including Morningstar, eVestment, and Bloomberg.
  • Must obtain Series 7 and 63 licenses within 6 months of employment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and content management skills.
