Salary: $185,000 - $228,000

What you will do

• Design, implement, and evaluate machine learning solutions using multi-INT data with an emphasis on GEOINT.
• Architect and develop novel AI/ML models for semantic activity detection, geospatial analytics, and computer vision.
• Engineer and transform diverse data types to support the full AI/ML workflow.
• Integrate AI/ML solutions across both hardware and software stacks.
• Provide subject matter expertise and strategic advice to government clients and internal teams.
• Communicate progress, risks, and technical results to project leadership and partners.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must hold an active TS/SCI security clearance.
• B.S. in Data Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models.
• 2+ years of experience with low-shot learning, robust ML, spatial trajectory analytics, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with remote sensing, geospatial datasets (EO/SAR), and Linux environments.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in a technical field.
• Proficiency with Python data science stack (numpy, pandas, sklearn) and geospatial libraries (gdal, geopandas).
• Experience designing compute hardware and infrastructure solutions for AI/ML applications.
