What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI Agents and ML models to solve complex business problems.
• Build and maintain high-performance, scalable backend systems for LLMs and AI Agents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows.
• Optimize and fine-tune models for better accuracy and efficiency.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines specifically for AI model and agent deployment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production AI systems to ensure reliability and robustness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience as an AI Developer, AI Engineer, or similar role.
• Expert knowledge of Golang (preferred), Python, or Java, and experience with Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with LLMs, AI Agents, and natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
• Must be based in or able to work from Addison, TX or Durham, NC (Hybrid).
