What you will do

• Oversee full-range fund accounting and administration services, including NAV preparation and review.
• Manage and mentor a team of Fund Accountants, ensuring high-quality service delivery and professional development.
• Review and approve complex fee schedules, waterfall calculations, and investor allocations.
• Collaborate with auditors, custodians, and internal AML teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Drive process improvements and participate in strategic system initiatives to enhance reporting and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with organizational controls and regulatory requirements for all fund activities.

Requirements

• University Degree in finance or accounting.
• 10+ years of experience in the fund administration industry, with at least 6 years in a Private Equity role.
• Proven experience managing staff and leading teams.
• In-depth understanding of Private Equity fund structures, waterfall fee calculations, and Limited Partners Agreements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• 5+ years of experience with fund accounting software (Investran experience is an asset).
