• Must be based in Shanghai and able to work onsite 5 days a week.
• Master's degree or higher in Corporate Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Over 10 years of experience in corporate management, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record in strategic management, organizational change, and financial oversight.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to grasp overall corporate growth direction.
• Proficiency in advanced management models and comprehensive business workflows.
