Deputy General Manager (Corporate Management)

Location: Shanghai, China; required to work in-person in the office five days a week

What you will do

• Develop corporate strategies, business plans, operational policies, and business models based on Board and Group objectives.
• Lead the establishment of core teams and standardize internal management structures, systems, and workflows.
• Approve company regulations, reward and punishment policies, salary and bonus distribution plans, and related implementation measures.
• Oversee comprehensive operations, coordinate department progress, chair management meetings, and implement Board resolutions.
• Propose corporate renewal, development, and out-of-budget expenditure plans to the Board or Group.
• Handle major emergencies and promote corporate culture development.

Requirements

• Master's degree or above in Corporate Management, Business Administration, Administrative Management, or a related field.
• Completed training in leadership development, strategic management, organizational change, strategic human resources, economic law, financial management, or related areas.
• More than 10 years of corporate management experience, including at least five years in comprehensive corporate leadership roles.
• Strong leadership, execution, business acumen, and team management capabilities.
• Advanced knowledge of corporate management models, business operations, cross-functional workflows, and corporate development strategy.
