Director Product Management (Fintech): Leading the strategy and execution of onboarding and engagement capabilities for a large-scale financial institution with an accent on member growth, retention, and seamless digital journeys. Location: Must be based in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, California, Arizona, or Texas, with a preference for the Greater Seattle area. Role requires onsite presence in Tukwila, WA on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for local staff, or monthly travel to Tukwila for those based outside the Seattle area.

Salary: $199,300–$243,800 annually.

What you will do

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for onboarding, engagement, and open banking products.
• Align product strategy with key business KPIs such as utilization, retention, and engagement.
• Lead cross-functional execution by partnering with Marketing, Technology, Cyber/CIAM, and UX teams.
• Leverage customer insights and behavioral data to champion and improve the member experience.
• Manage and develop a high-performing product team while influencing senior leadership.
• Oversee portfolio outcomes, prioritization, and product health throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology, business, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably within financial services.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Proven experience overseeing the full product development lifecycle and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong ability to formulate product strategies based on customer voice and market trends.
• Must be located in WA, OR, ID, CA, AZ, or TX with ability to travel to Tukwila, WA.
