Salary: $154,800 — $232,200 USD

What you will do

• Develop product vision and strategy for subscription platform experiences from acquisition to engagement.
• Lead the conceptualization, experimentation, and delivery of new features in collaboration with third-party partners.
• Drive data-informed decision-making by partnering with analytics teams to measure outcomes.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams to align on target metrics and key use cases.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements, experimentation plans, and product briefs.
• Champion a test-and-learn approach to continuously refine product performance and lifecycle management.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience in a consumer-facing digital environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional, multi-faceted implementations with third-party partners.
• Proven track record driving conversion funnels, retention strategies, and monetization opportunities.
• Experience partnering with Data and Engineering teams to deliver scalable capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize context and drive decisions.
• Must be based in or able to work from San Mateo, San Diego, or Los Angeles.

Nice to have

• Experience with subscription or membership platforms in gaming, media, or consumer apps.
• Prior experience in streaming, e-commerce, or high-scale B2C platforms.
