Manager, Digital Media Strategy (Digital Media Strategy): Oversee and manage a team of Digital Media Strategy Executives to build and quality-control category-aligned media plans and drive revenue outcomes with an accent on cross-functional planning, ad product knowledge, and managing yearly/agency rate cards. Focus on leading in a fast-changing matrix environment, escalating sensitive issues, and optimizing processes to maximize sales opportunities, close rates, renewals, and upsells.

Salary: $110,000 - $120,000

What you will do
- Manage workload across the Digital Media Strategy team to balance pre- and post-sale coverage.
- Review and perform quality control on media plans generated within assigned categories.
- Coordinate with Digital Media Strategy leadership and partners (Global Revenue Strategy, Legal & Business Affairs, Monetization & Yield, Enterprise Innovation, Digital Campaign Management) to ensure consistency across planning and operations.
- Partner with Monetization & Yield to manage and communicate yearly and agency rate cards, including media plan and IO review processes and evaluation of category incentives/deal points requests.
- Provide strategic direction on product and packaging aligned with client KPIs and goals, and recommend actions to maximize sales opportunities and revenue.
- Lead the team by setting goals and development plans, providing training, escalating sensitive issues, and improving internal processes through feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of client service experience in the advertising industry.
- Proven people management experience with a focus on inclusion, learning, and collaboration.
- Demonstrated success working cross-functionally and building strong internal/external relationships.
- Track record in client/customer success, stakeholder management, and driving incremental revenue.
- Experience with ad technology/ad platforms (ideally GAM, Salesforce, AdBook, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, IAS).
- Strong organization and communication skills; ability to manage multiple deliverables and adapt plans to changing client objectives, priorities, or budgets.
