Salary: $66,500 - $90,000 yearly

What you will do

• Support creative operational needs for print and AV campaigns including trailers, digital ads, and outdoor materials.
• Facilitate AV materials through the finishing process in partnership with post-production teams.
• Traffic and track materials through legal, guild, and music approval workflows.
• Manage project timelines from initial concept through final delivery and debut.
• Coordinate logistics for talent recording sessions and communicate updates to creative vendors.
• Oversee motion outdoor finishing and final delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in entertainment advertising, preferably within a studio or film agency.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Must be able to work from the office in Universal City, CA at least 4 days per week.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate strategic creative direction.
