What you will do

  • Provide senior oversight of daily middle-office operations, including cash, position, and trade-activity reconciliations.
  • Supervise the full trade lifecycle, from post-execution through settlement, across multiple asset classes.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for clients, ensuring issues are resolved with urgency and professionalism.
  • Lead, coach, and develop junior team members to foster a high-performing culture.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and improve the overall client experience.
  • Sponsor and lead cross-functional projects, including client onboarding and new tool implementation.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in middle office, trade support, settlements, or outsourced operations.
  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products including equities, fixed income, FX, derivatives, and private equity.
  • Proficiency with trade matching and settlement platforms such as OMGEO CTM, ALERT, Traiana, or MarkitSERV.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients, brokers, and custodians.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Strong Excel skills, including VBA knowledge.
  • Familiarity with reconciliation platforms.
  • Experience with portfolio management or front-office systems like Enfusion, Calypso, Eze, or Broadridge.
