What you will do

• Lead FX trading and liquidity management activities across APAC markets.
• Design and implement hedging strategies to manage currency and liquidity exposures.
• Analyze macroeconomic and geopolitical factors affecting EM currencies.
• Manage short-term liquidity positioning and optimize execution using trading platforms and market data tools.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Risk, and Finance teams to align strategy and execution.
• Execute FX operations using stablecoins and maintain relationships with banking partners.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in FX trading or liquidity management.
• 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
• Proven knowledge of risk management and hedging techniques in volatile environments.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Finance or Economics.
• Experience with Bloomberg, 360T, or similar trading systems.
• Knowledge of crypto markets and digital assets.
