What you will do

• Develop and execute product line marketing strategies for Building Care and Floor Care portfolios.
• Manage product portfolio performance, lifecycle, and profitability, including rationalization and simplification initiatives.
• Lead innovation efforts by capturing Voice of Customer (VOC) insights and translating them into actionable business cases.
• Collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance to optimize product offerings and support complex development projects.
• Partner with sales and sector marketing teams to create compelling customer proposals and sales presentations.
• Maintain competitive positioning and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities in North America.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong preference for digital marketing and analytics expertise
• Proven financial acumen and experience managing P&L or product portfolio metrics
• Understanding of the EPA registration process for sanitizers
• Strong project management, leadership, and cross-functional communication skills
