What you will do

• Architect end-to-end power solutions for PV, BESS, microgrids, and datacenter power distribution.
• Define protection coordination and safety strategies aligned with NEC/UL/IEEE standards.
• Partner with OEMs and integrators to influence specifications and secure design-in wins.
• Own segmentation, messaging, and marketing campaigns for the Renewables and BESS segments.
• Develop technical enablement assets including reference designs, white papers, and ROI calculators.
• Track market intelligence and competitive architectures to guide portfolio roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in renewables, energy storage, power electronics, or datacenter electrical systems.
• Demonstrated success in converting technical engagements into commercial outcomes.
• Expertise in protection coordination, power semiconductors, and reliability engineering.
• Strong technical writing and presentation skills for engineering and executive audiences.
• Ability to travel up to 30% for customer visits and industry events.
