What you will do

• Translate business challenges into clear martech and AI roadmaps and delivery priorities.
• Build and deliver business cases for initiatives with a focus on scalability and measurable value.
• Structure and prioritize use cases to improve markethirify.global effectiveness, personalization, and conversion.
• Partner with group and expert teams to align on platforms, governance, and AI implementation.
• Act as a bridge between business, data, technology, risk, and compliance stakeholders.
• Promote a test-and-learn mindset to build capabilities for an agentic markethirify.global department.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business, markethirify.global, data, technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in martech, digital markethirify.global, markethirify.global operations, or transformation roles.
• Strong technical and data background with affinity for AI and digital transformation.
• Ability to translate business needs into pragmatic, high-impact solutions.

• Fluent English required.
