Salary: $132,000 – $165,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop and maintain a unified design production roadmap for 10-15 global events and the annual Swell conference.
• Manage complex interdependencies between internal design teams, events teams, and external agencies.
• Standardize event design workflows using project management tools like Asana.
• Consolidate feedback from Marketing, Legal, and Executive stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage production budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and oversee fabrication quality.
• Forecast design resource needs in partnership with the Design Operations lead.

Requirements

• 6+ years of project or program management experience in tech, creative agencies, or event production.
• Proven track record in managing creative production for physical environments and print collateral.
• Expert knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders at all levels.
• Direct experience with production budgets, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
• Familiarity with design collaboration tools like Figma.
