What you will do

  • Manage sponsorship programs for Pantheon and Ignite, including prospectus development, selling support, and revenue tracking.
  • Develop and execute prospect experience strategies, including high-touch events like golf outings and dinner sessions.
  • Design and own the strategy for 100,000+ sq ft expo halls, managing booth layouts, traffic flow, and premium zones.
  • Lead relationships with exhibit houses to oversee production, fabrication, and on-site delivery of booth programs.
  • Oversee on-site expo operations, including move-in/move-out and real-time issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal creative and sales teams to translate strategic goals into an engaging attendee experience.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of direct experience in event management for large-scale conferences (5,000+ attendees).
  • Required proficiency with Cvent, including website builder, registration logic, and reporting.
  • Experience working with exhibit houses and managing large-scale expo floor builds.
  • Proven ability to manage vendor invoices and navigate corporate procurement processes.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Exceptional written communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
