What you will do
- Lead and mentor engineering managers, technical leads, and development teams across multiple projects.
- Oversee architectural decisions, technical standards, and software quality practices.
- Collaborate with product and design departments to ensure timely delivery of features.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate team performance and delivery efficiency.
- Manage engineering budgets, resource planning, and vendor relationships.
- Drive recruitment, retention, and professional development of engineering talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing large-scale engineering teams and complex projects.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, architecture, and agile methodologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical involvement.
