Junior Client Solution Architect: Serving as the primary operational contact for corporate clients and translating client requirements into actionable internal work orders with an accent on delivery timelines, data modifications, and post-production/pre-delivery quality checks. Focus on coordinating across Customer Success, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure precise, high-quality solution delivery and continuous improvement of client data production.
Location: Warsaw, Poland (hybrid: two days a week in the office, remaining days from home)
Salary: PLN 71,700–96,000 gross per year

What you will do
- Act as the primary operational contact for clients, handling requirement gathering, delivery timelines, data modifications, and quality issues.
- Coordinate client communication (calls and meetings) with Customer Success and Sales to ensure accurate information exchange.
- Collect client requirements, convert them into internal work orders, set project timelines, and monitor progress through successful delivery.
- Partner with internal Operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries efficiently.
- Ensure high-quality solution delivery by coordinating post-production and pre-delivery quality checks with BAU teams.
- Participate in operational/quality/escalation meetings and manage escalations to align stakeholders and address client concerns.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working with corporate clients.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects effectively.
- English as the primary language for daily work.
