What you will do

• Process monthly payroll for multiple EMEA countries using ADP Streamline.
• Prepare, validate, and submit payroll data to external providers for timely sign-off.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and handle employee payment queries.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax requirements, and SOX controls.
• Support month-end close activities and resolve internal and external audit matters.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, and banking partners to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of multinational payroll experience, ideally in a Shared Services Center environment.
• Fluent in English (additional French, German, or Italian skills are a plus).
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office and ADP payroll systems.
• Understanding of Time & Attendance tools.
• Professionalism and ability to work in a culturally diverse environment.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet strict payroll deadlines.
