What you will do

• Identify and secure funding opportunities from Irish and EU agencies like Enterprise Ireland and Horizon Europe.
• Lead the end-to-end grant application process, from initial research to final submission.
• Translate complex R&D and design concepts into clear, fundable narratives.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Finance teams to align initiatives with funding criteria.
• Manage grant compliance, reporting, and budget tracking to ensure project success.
• Advise leadership on strategic funding trends and R&D opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in grant management, funding coordination, or R&D incentives.
• Proven track record of successful grant applications with Irish or EU agencies.
• Strong understanding of Ireland's R&D funding landscape and tax credits.
• Exceptional written communication skills for proposal development.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, and project management tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse technical and business teams.
