What you will do

• Bookkeep debt funds and portfolio companies to meet client deliverables like NAV reporting.
• Process and review daily loan transactions, expenses, and income.
• Prepare and reconcile statutory financial statements and handle investor queries.
• Perform daily/weekly bank reconciliations for loan and GL transactions.
• Manage client communications regarding daily operations for assigned entities.
• Mentor junior staff members and assist managers with loan advances and repayments.

Requirements

• Fluent English is essential.
• Strong knowledge of loan accounting components and financial reporting.
• Relevant degree in accounting or finance.
• Progress towards professional qualification (ACCA Professional or ACA Advanced level).
• Strong technical financial services experience.
• Must be based in Kilkenny, Ireland.

Nice to have

• Experience with loan administration (PIK, cash interest).
• Proficiency in eFront or similar loan processing systems like Sentry, Solvas, or WSO.
