What you will do

• Lead the creation of board-level materials, translating KPIs and operational decisions into cohesive narratives.
• Act as a key liaison for shareholder deliverables, ensuring precision in reporting and strategic updates.
• Distill market and competitor intelligence, including M&A activity and emerging tech trends like AI.
• Partner with corporate development on live deals, including investment thesis creation and diligence synthesis.
• Navigate corporate governance structures to shepherd major strategic initiatives from concept to approval.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or MBA from a top-tier program required.
• 3–5 years of experience in Investor Relations, Management Consulting, or Investment Banking.
• Deep fluency in the games industry, including mobile gaming economics (CPI, LTV, Retention).
• Mastery of data visualization and executive-ready presentation design.
• Strong analytical expertise with financial P&Ls and mobile or SaaS product KPIs.
• Demonstrated interest and fluency in applying AI tools to team workflows.
