What you will do

  • Lead the development of ATE test solutions for characterization, production, and wafer sort using Advantest 93K and Teradyne platforms.
  • Design state-of-the-art ATE test hardware solutions for high-speed testing of next-generation products.
  • Define comprehensive test plans and methodology documentation aligned with product specifications and quality requirements.
  • Collaborate with DFx and Design teams to enhance testability, yield, and test methodologies.
  • Translate simulation test patterns into ATE-ready programs for high-volume manufacturing.
  • Optimize test flows and reduce test times to improve overall production yields.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with 10-15 years of experience, or Master's/PhD with 5-10 years of experience.
  • Minimum 6+ years of test program development on Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne UltraFLEX platforms.
  • Proven expertise in ATE testing, silicon process, DFT/DFM, and high-speed digital testing.
  • Strong proficiency in C/C++, Perl, Python, Java, and Linux environments.
  • Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws (EAR).
