What you will do

• Drive execution of enterprise-level legal and compliance initiatives across business lines and geographies.
• Establish operational structure for intake, prioritization, and management of enterprise requests.
• Build and maintain analytics, KPIs, and executive reporting to provide visibility into workload and risk.
• Partner with the Chief Legal Officer on budget planning, forecasting, and spend management.
• Coordinate regulatory authority submissions and responses to audit inquiries.
• Embed legal and compliance oversight into growth and AI-driven initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in Chicago, IL, USA
• MBA or equivalent business training.
• 10-12 years of experience in legal or compliance operations, business operations, or strategic execution.
• Proven ability to operate in complex, regulated, or highly matrixed environments.
• Advanced proficiency with analytics, reporting, and presentation tools.
• Demonstrated ability to drive execution through influence rather than direct authority.
