What you will do

• Own the relationship with historic and new adviser firms as the primary point of contact.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive engagement strategies.
• Coordinate operational support to ensure a high-quality adviser and client journey.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at adviser firms.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to uncover and progress platform opportunities.
• Promote digital self-service and platform capabilities to advisers and support staff.

Requirements

• Must be based in Scotland.
• Proven knowledge of the financial advice marketplace and adviser back-office mechanics.
• Experience in development, sales, or relationship management within IFA firms.
• Understanding of web-enabled applications and IFA back-office systems.
• Strong consultative selling skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to negotiate at senior management levels.
