Salary: EUR 27,600 - EUR 34,380 yearly

What you will do
- Act as primary point of contact for key customers, managing and growing long-term relationships while actively selling and expanding opportunities.
- Onboard new clients: guide product setup, training, and initial usage; run onboarding sessions and customer training workshops/demonstrations.
- Run regular check-ins and business reviews to assess progress, gather feedback, and align on future goals.
- Drive customer retention and satisfaction by managing the customer lifecycle, monitoring customer health metrics, and tracking success KPIs.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities; create and deliver customized reports, presentations, and performance insights.
- Handle escalations and coordinate with internal teams (product development, sales, support) to resolve issues and ensure smooth delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or customer service.
- Ability to analyze customer data and usage trends to identify improvement areas.
- Understanding of product management and its impact on customer experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term relationships and work cross-functionally.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, customer success platforms, and analytics software; negotiation skills for complex accounts.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree and/or customer success/account management certifications (e.g., CSM, Success HACKER).
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or FMCG industries; knowledge of customer success frameworks and best practices.
- Experience managing large enterprise-level accounts and resolving escalations/conflicts.
- Knowledge of Professional English and any local language.
