What you will do
- Oversee and drive operational transitions, ensuring programs are implemented on schedule and within budget.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to track KPIs and design What-if models for project P&L.
- Evaluate existing processes and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage financial, technological, and governance changes.
- Generate program health dashboards and reports for management and stakeholders.
- Manage expectations and provide creative solutions to priority conflicts for high-profile clients.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available).
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of related experience, or advanced degree with 6+ years of experience.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and project management software like Jira.
- Proven ability to assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Fluent written and oral communication in English required.
Nice to have
- PMP or PMI certification.
- Experience in Financial Services or enterprise software.
- Hands-on experience with MS Visio, Lucid charts, and SharePoint.
