What you will do

• Perform analog validations on amplifiers that drive optical electronic devices and receivers.
• Validate silicon photonics and conduct upper electronic measurements to support coherent digital signal programming units.
• Analyze overnight test data, generate summary reports, and review findings with management.
• Configure and calibrate precision network analyzers, probe stations, and microwave transistor amplifiers.
• Debug hardware performance issues independently or with mentors, iterating with designers to implement solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance the tape-out process.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a similar field.
• 0-3 years of professional work experience.
• Proficiency in Python and C.
• Specialized coursework in microwave or optical engineering for communications.
• Solid understanding of the principles involved in single photonic devices.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws (EAR).
