What you will do

• Build products according to trained processes and current revisions to meet manufacturing goals.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety policies and the hirify.global Corporation Quality Policy.
• Maintain accurate training files and shop floor paperwork (SFP).
• Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize production workflows.
• Utilize basic SAP functions for production tracking and management.
• Participate in Shared Leadership tasks and responsibilities as directed.

Requirements

• High School diploma (equivalent) or 3 years of work experience.
• 0-12 months of experience in a medical device-manufacturing environment.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Wayne, NJ.
• Basic English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated ability to follow technical processes and basic math skills.
