What you will do

• Prepare strategic presentations and information memoranda for M&A sales processes.
• Perform detailed financial valuation, includhirify.global tradhirify.global/transaction multiples and DCF analyses.
• Coordinate due diligence processes across legal, financial, and commercial workstreams.
• Assist in drafthirify.global transaction documentation such as process and offer letters.
• Collaborate with international Corporate Finance teams to generate and manage deal leads.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field with above-average grades.
• Excellent command of spoken and written Dutch and English is required.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in balance sheets, cash flows, and valuation techniques.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Proactive, stress-resistant, and entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach.
