Market Infrastructure Specialist (Fintech): Driving hirify.global’s positioning across global market infrastructures supporting non-EUR clearing and settlement with an accent on USD and GBP transaction systems. Focus on analyzing regulatory changes, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring strategic alignment within evolving clearing and settlement ecosystems.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Utrecht, Netherlands (Hybrid)

Salary: €5,030 – €7,183 per month

What you will do

  • Analyze external market infrastructure, regulatory, and industry developments to provide actionable business recommendations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between product, operations, technology, risk, and compliance teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external infrastructures, industry participants, and partners.
  • Support strategic positioning by combining infrastructure expertise with business insight.
  • Contribute to initiatives on resilience, industry evolution, and next-generation settlement models.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree level required.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial market infrastructures and payments.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and industry developments impacting financial institutions.
  • Strong analytical, structured, and proactive mindset.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CLS, FX settlement, or USD/GBP clearing.
