What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Business Central project delivery across key client accounts.
• Oversee business-as-usual support and ensure ongoing client success.
• Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, consultants, and technical teams.
• Manage successful implementations, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• Proven experience in a senior Business Central or NAV role (minimum 5 years).
• Demonstrable experience in a senior or lead capacity.
• Strong functional knowledge of the Manufacturing module.
• Extensive customer-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Hands-on delivery and implementation expertise.
