What you will do
- Own the full outbound sales cycle, from initial prospecting and cold calling to final deal closure.
- Identify and engage new SMB prospects to build a robust, high-volume sales pipeline.
- Conduct discovery calls to assess customer needs and position Bluehost solutions as a growth driver.
- Manage objection handling and competitive conversations with integrity and urgency.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily activity metrics and monthly recurring revenue (MRR) targets.
- Act as a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs, educating them on the value of the platform.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Proven success in outbound sales with a strong hunter mentality and focus on new business acquisition.
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with high-volume outreach expectations.
- Expertise in full-cycle sales, including prospecting, discovery, and closing.
- Strong resilience, grit, and the ability to handle rejection while maintaining motivation.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
