What you will do

  • Own the full outbound sales cycle, from initial prospecting and cold calling to final deal closure.
  • Identify and engage new SMB prospects to build a robust, high-volume sales pipeline.
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess customer needs and position Bluehost solutions as a growth driver.
  • Manage objection handling and competitive conversations with integrity and urgency.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily activity metrics and monthly recurring revenue (MRR) targets.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs, educating them on the value of the platform.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Proven success in outbound sales with a strong hunter mentality and focus on new business acquisition.
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with high-volume outreach expectations.
  • Expertise in full-cycle sales, including prospecting, discovery, and closing.
  • Strong resilience, grit, and the ability to handle rejection while maintaining motivation.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Familiarity with hosting, WordPress, domains, or SaaS solutions.
